Year 1 Homework Toys For Tots

Brighten the life of a child this Christmas morning by donating a new, unwrapped toy during our 2017 Toys For Tots toy drive!

Donations will be accepted through Friday, December 8th at our main studio located at 275 E. Arlington Blvd in Greenville from 9 am to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Donations will also be accepted at our Washington Newsroom, located at 203 E. Main Street in Washington.

This year's drive is sponsored by Greenville Auto World, Greenville Appliance and Mattress, and Two Men and a Truck.

Toys for Tots is a campaign run strictly through the US Marine Corps Reserve and the Toys for Tots Foundation. This year's local reserve is from the Maine and Sailors of Reserve Training Center and Site Support Stone Bay at Camp Lejeune. (Fox Co, 4th Tank Bn and Det 1 Trans Svc Co, CLB 25)

Each year, the US Marine Corps teams up with various businesses and organizations to provide toy drop-off locations for those wishing to make a donation. The Marine Corps Reserve, Marine Corps League and civilian volunteers collect all toy donations and distribute them to needy families in the area.

MAKE A DONATION:
Drop off any new, unwrapped toy(s) at the WITN studio in Greenville. The average age for children receiving toys is 14 years and younger. Toys For Tots will not accept realistic looking weapon toys and gifts with food.

The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is the Marine Corps’s premier community action program and one of the nation’s flagship Christmas charitable causes. Over the years, it has become a traditional part of the annual Christmas holiday season within communities nationwide. The message of hope delivered through a shiny new toy at Christmas has a positive impact on children, their families and their communities. It’s not the toy – it’s what the toy does.

Help us fill our studios!   WQAD will be accepting toy donations during business hours until December 11th. New and unwrapped toys are accepted. Please no clothes, stuffed animals, realistic weapons (Nerf guns are OK) or religious items.
